From the moment I got into a 2007 MINI JCW and caught air flying over railroad tracks, I could not remove the smile from my face. Since then I have been an addict. I purchased my first new MINI in early 2009, started working for the brand in late 2009, and I haven’t stopped. After being with MINI for 7 years, my love for the brand has only grown. We choose to work for MINI because it is an icon, an extension of our style, a boutique brand, and just for the cars themselves. Some of our technicians have been with us since 1997 and let's just say they still drive a MINI, work on MINI's, and continue to support the movement of MINI. It is a passion with a cult following. We eat, breathe, and drink it. I’m positive others share this feeling since the brand has continued to grow over time and many of us see familiar faces coming in for service or even driving down the road.
As a center, we started as a small corner in the back of BMW. We have grown to include two service locations and one of the largest MINI showrooms in the world. MINI of SF started with five techs and has grown to 18 and counting.
As a team, we have grown closer and we have continued to stay with the brand because of what it stands for. In its unique way, MINI attracts a certain mindset and somehow we all come together under its wings. We all strive for continuing excellence in service and quality so that everyone can experience the absolute joy that comes with owning and driving a MINI. Don’t let the little car fool you because behind it all, there is a whole team driving it!
