How to Become a MINI of San Francisco Technician...
Core automotive training or equivalent experience is necessary if you want to get started right away working as a MINI technician. If you already have an automotive degree or experience with another brand, we encourage you to apply now. If you are a student in the San Francisco area and are looking for Automotive degree programs, you might consider one of the local schools from which we have hired a number of allumni. Many students from these facilities have worked in part time support positions or completed technical internships with us to gain experience while attending school.

Some students elect to apply for the prestigious MINI Service Techncian Education Program (STEP) after completing their core automotive training.
